    Site visit & inspection

    We visit your site to understand requirements, inspect surfaces, and answer your queries — so the quote is favourable and grounded in reality.

    Estimates & quotation

    We share a detailed cost estimate and quotation. Once it's agreed upon, payment is initiated as per terms to CLOUDSENT DÉCOR LTD and the painting project can start.

  3. 03

    Schedule & prep

    We book your dates and prep the surfaces — wash, sand, fill, prime — using the right Cloud Paints products for each substrate.

  4. 04

    Painting

    Our certified painters apply Cloud Paints products throughout — brush, roller or spray, matched to the finish you're after.

  5. 05

    Clean handover

    YES… we do clean up well after painting is completed. You walk into a finished room — not a worksite.

Surface prep

Wash, sand, fill, prime. Concrete cured at least 14 days, plaster dry and dust-free, gloss surfaces keyed back — the work that's invisible when it's done right.

Application

Brush, roller and spray — matched to the product, surface and finish you want. Trained on Cloud Paints emulsions, enamels and exterior systems.

Site supervision

One named supervisor per project, on site daily. Quality checks at every coat, surface handovers documented, schedule kept tight.

Finishing & clean-up

Touch-ups, edge work, drop-cloth removal, dust-vac, waste taken away. We hand back a finished room — not a worksite.

Warranty included

Yes, we provide a warranty for the painted surface, subject to terms and conditions.

KEBS certified products

Every product applied on site carries Kenya Bureau of Standards approval — paper-trail compliant for tenders.
